July 2026 | Meet & Greet: 'Boots On the Ground'
"Boots on the Ground" is the official theme for our opening Meet & Greet! We kick off our reunion weekend at the Regal Manor Clubhouse with registration, light bites, and plenty of hugs and hellos. As the sun sets, gather with us for this intimate Heard–Ogletree meet-up. It will be an easygoing, joy-filled evening to get our boots on the ground together, reconnect, and start making new memories.

July 2026 | family Photo & 'Sneaker Ball' Banquet
The morning is yours to explore and create your own adventure in the Queen City. Before heading out, we will gather in the dining hall of the Embassy Suites at 10:30 AM EST for our traditional family photo in our family reunion t-shirts. Later at 4:00 PM, we turn up the fun with our very first 'Sneaker Ball' family banquet at the Manchester Meadows Conference Room. Come dressed to impress in semi-formal attire and your freshest sneakers!

July 2026 | Worship & Farewell Brunch
Let’s close out this historic weekend the best way we know how. Gathering at 11:15 AM at Mount Prospect Baptist Church allows us to lift our voices, honor our deep roots, and share a meaningful service together. Immediately following worship, the celebration moves into the Fellowship Hall for a 12:30 PM farewell buffet brunch. Knowing that a lot of people face long drives and flights right after, the attire is "Come as you are." Please wear whatever makes you comfortable for both church and travel to ensure an easy transition.

To ensure a high-quality experience for all family members, we have established dues to cover our venues, catering, memorabilia, and administrative costs for our gathering in Charlotte.
