July 2026 | Meet & Greet
We kick off our reunion weekend at the Regal Manor Clubhouse with registration, light bites, and plenty of hugs and hellos. As the sun sets, gather with us for an intimate Heard–Ogletree meet-up. An easygoing, joy-filled evening to reconnect and start making new memories together.

July 2026 | 'Sneaker Ball' Banquet
The morning is yours to explore and create your own adventure in the Queen City. Then at 4:00 PM, we turn up the fun with our very first 'Sneaker Ball' family banquet at the Manchester Meadows Conference Room. Come dressed to impress in semi-formal attire and your freshest sneakers!

July 2026 | Worship & Farewell Brunch
We close our reunion in gratitude and joy with an 11:15 AM worship service at Mount Prospect Baptist Church, followed by a 12:30 PM farewell brunch. Together we will lift our voices in praise and capture our final group portraits.
Reunion Dues
To ensure a high-quality experience for all family members, we have established dues to cover our venues, catering, memorabilia, and administrative costs for our gathering in Charlotte.
